If you believe you've found a security issue, please email security@objectsdepo.com with details. Please do not file a public issue; we'll respond within 48 hours and credit you in the advisory if you wish.
Status & incidents
Production incidents are tracked internally. If you're an enterprise customer, your runbook contains the escalation phone number and on-call rotation.
Bug reports
Community bug reports are welcome at our public issue tracker (linked from the docs). Include the version (visible in the console footer), the request ID from the failing call, and what you expected to happen.
FAQ
Where is my data stored?
On the infrastructure you operate. ObjectsDepo is self-hosted; nothing is sent to a third-party cloud unless you explicitly configure an external S3 backend.
Can I use my existing IdP?
Yes — OIDC and SAML are supported via the embedded Authentik server. See the docs for configuration.
What about backups?
RustFS handles intra-cluster redundancy; for off-cluster backups we recommend periodic mc mirror or rclone snapshots to a separate location. We can help architect this for enterprise deployments.
